AGM Update

As part of the AGM, we have to re-elect the Board of directors. The current Board members (except for 2 nominated by RMBC) have put themselves forward for re-election. We are looking for other directors to add to this – please let us know if you wish to submit a nomination for the meeting. We may need to conduct a vote on the night.

We are also giving attendees an opportunity to ask questions on any information they require. To ensure the smooth running of the meeting, we ask that you submit your questions in advance. Therefore, please can you submit anything you would like to ask no later than Sunday 14th March 2021.
