Before completing our online application form, please view our application page to make sure an allotment is right for you.
Once you have registered your interest, you will be added to the waiting list of your selected site. We will contact you to offer a plot viewing as soon as possible. Please note, we are unable to estimate how long each waiting list is due to the nature of allotment tenancy.
You can contact us at any time to withdraw your application or amend your details.
We are committed to providing a high-quality service and environment to all our members. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint please contact us with full details using the online complaints form. Alternatively you can submit a compliant by email or post. We will acknowledge your complaint within 15 working days and provide a resolution with 30 working days.
If your complaint is regarding a society run site, complaints should be referred to the society first to avoid delay.
