Director Vacancies

RAA Board Vacancies (voluntary roles)

We’re looking for one Board Director and two Specialist Directors to join the Rotherham Allotment Alliance Board.

For the Specialist Director roles, we’re especially interested in people with experience in:

• Health & Safety

• Legal / governance support

The Alliance is committed to serving its members and the wider Rotherham community. Our Directors help ensure we operate in the best interests of both.

Responsibilities of the Directors include:

• Acting according to Alliance rules

• Attending Board Meetings and adequately preparing for them

• Taking part in discussions and decision‑making

Directors’ duties may also include:

• Administrative and finance tasks

• Site visits and inspections

• Meeting with members
