Dear Tenants, we have now completed cultivation inspections on all of the directly-managed sites. We have a large number of plots that are in an excellent condition and thank you for your hard work on these. For those plots that need some work, we will be contacting the tenants either by letter or email. As our aim is to improve the allotments, we will work with tenants to ensure that the condition of plots is brought up to a decent standard. Please remember that tenants are responsible for the proper use and upkeep of their plots. For those tenants on sites managed by a society, it is the committee’s responsibility to carry out cultivation inspections.
