Tenants of Direct-Managed sites: Please be aware that cultivation inspections will be taking place in July and August. Tenants will be advised of their grade and any work required. We will be using the same criteria as last year. In summary:

Grade A: 2/3 cultivated, meeting terms of tenancy agreement and proper use

Grade B: Work required to reach 2/3 cultivated, some terms of tenancy agreement to be met. Waste and weeds etc. to be removed.

Grade C: Not cultivated, terms of tenancy agreement not being met, evidence of improper use.
